Sausage Heaven LLC sausage heaven “sausage heaven has or had the best sausage I have ever eaten. The different variety of sausage were amazing. My favorite was jalapino and cheddar, the cheese just ooozes out when you cut into it and just the right amount of the peppers was right on. Mark the owner made his own with just the right technics and different spices that meshed well together. Another is the chicken feta and spinach, now that for chicken was so juicy and just perfection in every bite. I would buy a number of his products of sausage not to mention his ribs. He smoked and then baked with a rub to die for. I give sausage heaven 5 stars and if I could a perfect 10 in my book.”
